SED Forum Summer 2025

The event allowed me to network with peers in the industry as we share challenges and potential solutions common to issues at hand. Also, one-on-one sessions with suppliers are very valuable as intro to a partnership.

The Smart Energy Decisions Forum brought in experts from different sectors of the renewable energy and energy efficiency industry. At a personal level, I was able to generate ideas for potential projects for my institution and learned about success and failures from my colleagues in the industry. I wholeheartedly recommend attending conferences organized by Smart Energy Decisions.

Setting my 1:1 meeting schedule means that I can decide which suppliers I want to spend time with. It puts me in charge of my agenda to make sure that I am focusing on my top priorities.

The SED Forum is about making and building relationships with industry leaders. Year-after-year, this event delivers. And there always seems to be a couple conversations that provide key experiences or insights that help me move our organization forward.

It was extremely helpful as a newcomer to the industry to learn and understand different concepts and strategies for renewable energy procurement. There was a great atmosphere and everyone was eager to offer advice.

This forum offers the opportunity to meet experts in the energy and energy efficiency industry. In addition, the forum presents case studies and success stories that are excellent sources of information for attendees. It shows that events and meetings are carefully prepared to offer attendees a productive experience.

Most importantly, the discussions during the unique 1:1 meetings between suppliers and customers are more personally effective with tailored-fit agenda, making relationships last longer and more memorable, compared to conferences with an awkward meet-and-greet at booths.
