Charlie Marquez has more than two decades of experience in manufacturing management. 13 of those years have been in the aerospace world, with the remainder in semiconductors, food, and consumer goods. He has executed dozens of energy conservation projects: including LED lighting retrofits, VFD installations, Energy Storage, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) installation and is currently working to add solar the CHP to round out a micro-grid. In addition, he has certified an industrial site in ISO50001.
Charlie gained his technical experience from the US Navy, where he was trained in hi-tech electronics while working alongside the US Navy Seals as a Seal support technician. In addition to his technical training, Charlie has an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Master’s degree in Theology. Charlie lives in Southern California with his wife Julie and his two boys Ethan and Zion. He spends much of his free time volunteering for the Brea Olinda High School Football Boosters. Go Wildcats!
